skittlish
Skittlish is a theme originally written for the famous (and now defunct) mephisto blog engine. It is based on a design by Damien Tanner and was made into code by Cristi Balan.
It hasn't been updated since about 2007 but you can still get it from github

Amos Griffin did a smashing job by porting skittlish to wordpress.
I have no connection with this port and no clue about wordpress so I can't help you if you need something changed. Please google around for a solution or contact the author of the port.
